Hear Palestine is an independent initiative produced by volunteers located in the ’67 Occupied Territories. Its mission is to provide information and limited analysis on the daily events that take place in the Occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip, which largely go unreported in international, and particularly Western media forums. Hear Palestine is by no means a comprehensive chronology of events but reflects the limitations of the small group of volunteers who willfully give their time to this initiative. They do so in the hopes of witnessing and recording a history of Israeli oppression against the Palestinian people, so at the very least, fewer people can say “We didn’t know”. In the best case, Hear Palestine is produced to encourage people of all nations and religions to mobilize themselves in a struggle to attain the legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people according to international law.
